CASA ellevate was created to be a place to slow down. To reconnect. To move with intention instead of urgency. We sit somewhere between a boutique hotel and a sanctuary — warm, elevated, and deeply intentional.
We believe in controlled movement, mindful form, and making space for people to feel at home in their bodies again. Wood underfoot, low light, music that moves you, the heat wrapping around you. Slow enough to feel your body, strong enough to transform it.
Here, movement becomes ritual. Community becomes connection. Come as you are.
Slow. Controlled. Intentional. Every class is 50 minutes, breath-led and grounded — guided, never rushed. Form over speed, always.

Our classical mat practice — breath-led, precise, and deeply controlled. Offered both in the heated room and at ambient temperature.

A pilates sculpt-focused mat practice — high-rep, low-impact toning with props. Long, lean lines shaped through repetition and control.

A 45-minute strength-focused mat class using 6–20 lb weights, resistance bands, and dynamic circuits. Build muscle, boost endurance, and move with power in a supportive, energizing environment. Strong, grounded, and empowered.

Classical Pilates on the reformer. Spring-based resistance, slow tempo, total control — the method as it was meant to be practiced.

The reformer with added weights and props. Strength, length, and definition — always grounded in precision and breath.

A 60-minute movement experience blending dance, mobility, and mindful flow. Release tension, explore creativity, and reconnect with yourself through intentional movement and music.

Move, strengthen, and reconnect alongside your little one. A supportive Pilates-inspired class designed to nurture motherhood through movement, recovery, and community — all in one welcoming room.

Movement has always been home for me.
I grew up dancing and went on to study Dance and Psychology at Loyola Marymount University, always fascinated by the connection between movement, emotion and the way we feel in our bodies. Over the years, movement has taken many forms in my life, from dance to Pilates, strength and simply moving in ways that make me feel more like myself. Through every season, it has remained one of the places I return to for connection, confidence and grounding.
As a mom of two, instructor and lifelong student of movement, I began dreaming of a space that brought all of those pieces together. A studio where movement could be challenging and intentional, but also joyful. Where you could come to get stronger, reconnect with yourself, meet people you love, and feel like you belong.
That dream became CASA ellevate.
CASA was created to be more than a Pilates studio. It's a movement home, a place built around thoughtful movement, beautiful experiences and genuine community. A place where you can be challenged, supported and reminded of what your body is capable of.
My hope is that when you walk through our doors, you feel welcomed exactly as you are, and leave feeling a little stronger, a little more connected and a little more like yourself.
Welcome home.
